Let embodied intelligence take root on real production lines

Thank you for taking a few minutes to get to know Longsheng WIIRI.

Longsheng Technology is dedicated to the automotive industry. For many years we have worked in precision manufacturing, and because we are on the line, we know better than anyone that when a process involves precise parts and short cycle times, yet the work itself is hard to standardize and products change over frequently, conventional automation is not flexible enough for it, and relying on manual work over the long term makes consistency hard to guarantee. If a general solution can be found, it will be more valuable than solving each problem individually.

Embodied intelligence has opened up new possibilities. When a robot can perceive its surroundings, understand its task, and carry out the right motion with enough precision and force, it is no longer just a prototype on a stand — it has a chance to become a dependable member of the production line.

I have always believed that whether a robot is useful is a question only the production line can answer.

That is why Longsheng Technology builds robots, and it is where our confidence comes from. We understand the processes, we know the use cases, and we know the standard a machine must meet before it can enter the shop floor.

In April 2026, the Jiangsu Longsheng WIIRI Embodied-Intelligence Robotics Innovation Center officially opened in Binhu District, Wuxi. Co-founded by Longsheng Technology together with WE HARMONY, Jiangsu Dade Heavy Industry and the Wuxi Industrial Innovation Research Institute, the Center is a Jiangsu provincial-level embodied-AI robotics innovation center. From day one, we wanted it to belong to more than Longsheng alone. It is an enterprise-led R&D institution of a new kind, and an R&D and pilot-production platform open to the whole industry — a place where industry, research and capital come together to answer the real questions of industrial production lines.

In this work, we hold to three convictions.

First, start from the use case. We define products from real production processes and map out use cases from real needs, rather than building a robot first, then hunting for a use and staging results for show. Precision assembly and intelligent inspection — the most concrete and toughest steps in manufacturing — are where we start, and where we are put to the test.

Second, keep the key capabilities in our own hands. From core components such as joint modules, dexterous hands and electronic skin, to the Lansen robot series, to solutions built for specific use cases, we are committed to mastering the whole chain. Only by truly owning the fundamentals can we take responsibility for the reliability of our products.

Third, be truthful. Every metric must stand up to re-testing on the production line. In a field that attracts this much attention, we would rather say a little less and deliver a little more. “Perceive with intelligence, act with strength” is our motto — and, more than that, the standard we hold ourselves to.

I also want to be candid. Going from a prototype to dependable, stable productivity on the line takes time, round after round of iteration, and refining the work together with our customers on real production lines. We are not chasing short-lived attention. We are prepared to be patient and to walk this road on solid ground.

This road needs people who believe in engineering and believe in practice. We welcome engineers and researchers who are willing to go onto the shop floor, who sweat the details and who have the patience for validation. We believe that Wuxi, too, is a place to do work that matters to the world.

This road also needs more companions. Whether you are a manufacturer looking to solve real problems with robots, a partner along the industrial chain, a researcher at a university or institute, or a government body that cares about industrial development, we look forward to working with you to bring embodied intelligence from the lab to the production line.
